Job summary

Coopervision in Singapore is seeking a Finance Business Partner to analyze financial performance, develop scenario analyses, and provide actionable insights to support regional decision-making. The role partners with stakeholders across APAC to drive revenue, cost, and OpEx initiatives and to prepare management presentations.

Qualifications

• Budgeting & forecasting experience required.
• Experience tracking and controlling actuals, forecasts and metrics.
• Excel-based financial modelling (P&L) experience.
• Variance analysis with drivers and operational relevance.
• Strong business partnering with senior leadership.
• Experience working with APAC regional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting preferred.
• Ability to prepare Excel/PowerPoint presentations quickly.
• Proficiency in Hyperion EssBase, Cognos or Tableau an advantage.
• Cross-cultural collaboration across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly outlooks, forecasts, budget submissions for APAC.
• Coordinate and consolidate regional revenue estimates with trend insights.
• Deliver financial reports, variance analysis, and insights for close.
• Develop scenario modelling to assess risks and opportunities.
• Monitor headcount movements against budget and hiring plans.
• Review country CapEx forecasts and budgets.
• Evaluate country revenue performance and provide recommendations.
• Develop benchmarking metrics to improve P&L efficiency.
• Enhance financial reporting processes for actuals, forecasts and budgets.
• Partner with teams to support strategic decisions.
• Lead training for local Controllers and analysts on analytics tools.
• Manage regional forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and cost center reporting.
• Support R&O assessment using demand planning.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.
