Job summary

CooperVision Limited in Singapore invites a Finance Business Partner to analyze financial performance across APAC, develop scenarios, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will partner with regional stakeholders on revenue, gross margin, OpEx, and CapEx, delivering management presentations and ongoing financial analysis.

The role reports to the Regional FP&A Manager, APAC and is based in Millenia Tower, Singapore.

Qualifications

Budgeting and forecasting experience required.
Significant experience creating, tracking, and controlling financial actuals, forecasts and metrics.
Experience developing financial models pertaining to P&L, predominantly in Excel.
Strong ability to analyze Actual vs. Budget / Forecast variances and drivers.
Strong business partnering skills – stakeholder influence and senior leadership communications.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly outlooks, forecasts, and budgets for the APAC region.
Coordinate and consolidate regional revenue estimates with trend analysis and insights.
Deliver financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights for close processes.
Develop scenario modelling to assess risks and opportunities and advise management.
Monitor headcount movements across the region against plans and forecasts.
Review country CapEx forecasts, budgets and actuals for timely submissions.
Evaluate country revenue performance and provide management insights.
Develop benchmarking metrics to improve P&L efficiency and performance.
