Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in Singapore to lead monthly demand planning cycles for Greater China, including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and to drive planning excellence across APAC.

You will combine sales trends, market intelligence, and statistical forecasting to build accurate demand plans, partner with Finance and Commercial, and strengthen inventory strategies across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, operations.
• 7+ years in Demand Planning, IBP or planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting and demand analytics.
• Hands-on with planning tools and system-enabled processes.
• Experience partnering across Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly demand planning cycles and reviews for Greater China.
• Analyse data and market signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive IBP cycle insights for Commercial Management Reviews.
• Apply forecasting and scenario modelling to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with IT on planning design and master data.
• Strengthen standard planning processes and tool adoption across APAC.
