Job summary

LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that inform decisions and drive growth. As part of the Global Analytics & Insights team, you will combine business sense, analytics, and storytelling to support short-term goals and long-term strategies.

This is a temporary cover through December 2027 with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Experience in data analysis and commercial data insights roles.
Ability to present insights with leadership presence and influence.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in building dashboards and datasets for stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: collaborate with leadership to develop tailored commercial analytic insights and track key performance metrics.
Performance Analysis & Insights: provide deep-dive analyses on commercial performance; uncover actionable insights.
Storytelling: translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: apply statistical modelling to anticipate trends and inform strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions.
Independent Project Management: lead ad hoc initiatives and deliver insights with minimal guidance.
