Job summary

TDCX is hiring a data analytics professional in Singapore to drive business insight through metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting. The role focuses on daily to monthly analyses, staffing optimization, and data-driven decision support in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Ideal candidates have BI tool proficiency and strong communication skills in English to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in data reporting, BI and KPI analysis.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare, develop, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPIs.
• Perform market analysis to support decision making.
• Run and analyze staffing reports to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Review and improve existing systems for efficiency and leverage.
• Present data in dashboards or automated files to aid timely decisions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
