Job summary

GOLDEN AGRI INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an early career professional to build expertise in the edible oils & fats business within Downstream Business Development and Strategic Planning (DS-BDSP). The role is project-based, focusing on research, analysis, and forming strategy to support organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

You will contribute to financial modelling, stakeholder communications, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to travel for business needs as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, analytics or related fields.
• 0–2 years experience in management consulting, corporate finance, business analytics or data analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven with finance and business acumen.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Experience with PowerBI or Power Platform preferred.
• Collaborative, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research and data analysis to support strategic planning.
• Assist in preparing financial models, business cases, and valuation analyses for initiatives.
• Develop strategic presentations, reports, and materials for management discussions.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data for decision-making.
• Support deal processes: data room prep, coordination with advisers and stakeholders, document reviews.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements for IT and UAT.
• Perform AS-IS process analysis and TO-BE re-engineering for efficiency and cost savings.
• Track KPIs and support periodic reporting on performance and initiatives.
• Participate in business travels if required.
