Job summary

GOLDEN AGRI INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Executive for Oleochemicals. You will enhance information flow and drive profitability through demand planning, supply planning, and Sales/Operations interface, coordinating shipments and material scheduling.

The role requires a science/engineering/business background, planning/programming skills, and proficiency with Excel/Office tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent; preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Capable of planning, programming, performance tracking, or any combination of these.
Familiarity with Chemical Plant Operations is a bonus.
Strong interest with no prior experience is encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

Manage Demand planning activities with daily monitoring of forecasts and allocations.
Collaborate with Supply Planning to balance demand and supply and support production scheduling.
Interface between Sales and Operations to coordinate shipments and scheduling.
Provide operational support on shipment coordination, material sourcing, and order planning.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability for scenario analysis and margin optimization.
