Job summary

AMV Vision Systems in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for AMV vision system solutions. You will identify opportunities with defence contractors, OEMs, and integrators, and lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.

You will collaborate with engineering and project teams, maintain pipelines and forecasts, and travel as required to develop strategic partnerships across Asia. Mandarin is required for China-based partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in AMV, defense systems, or vision/sensor solutions.
• Proven B2B/project-based sales track record with commercial negotiations.
• Able to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for AMV Vision Systems and related solutions.
• Identify opportunities with military vehicle OEMs, system integrators and defence contractors.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with Engineering to tailor solutions.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation, RFQ/RFP, tender submission to contract award.
