The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering AI initiatives from concept to production within regulated industries, with strong governance and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with enterprise AI delivery.
• GxP system validation experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries and governance expertise.
• Strong balance of technical credibility and business transformation.
• Proven track record taking AI solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap and use-case portfolio.
• Establish practical AI governance, risk and operating frameworks for regulated environments.
• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities based on measurable value and lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Provide technical oversight across GenAI/LLMs, RAG, APIs/integration and monitoring.
• Ensure controls around data security, information security, privacy and human oversight.
