Job summary

MetaComp is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise and institutional clients after onboarding. You will be the primary commercial contact, ensuring clients maximize value from MetaComp's products and identifying expansion opportunities.

The role blends relationship management, commercial growth, project coordination, and customer success while collaborating with Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Business Development experience.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, digital assets, financial services, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Understand each client's business objectives and payment workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters after client onboarding.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
