Job summary

MetaComp is building a wealth and markets business centred on tokenized assets and market making. We are hiring a Risk Manager to strengthen the risk framework across market, counterparty and operational risk, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.

The role will integrate AI-driven risk tooling, define risk logic and monitoring, and work with AI engineers to automate risk processes while preserving human oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within financial industries or related fields.
• Strong understanding of market, counterparty and operational risk concepts.
• Comfort with technology and AI-enabled risk tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define market risk framework, limits and desk mandates.
• Monitor limit utilization and escalate breaches.
• Monitor counterparty exposure against limits and assess risks.
• Support operational risk processes (EWRA, audits, business continuity).
• Collaborate with AI engineers to design automated risk monitoring and reporting.
