Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting in Singapore. You will manage cash flow, approvals for payments and transfers, and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, strong knowledge of taxation (CIT, GST, transfer pricing) and FR S. Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling Corporate Income Tax, GST, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing and related tax matters.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, FX risk management, and banking relationships.
• Approve financial transactions including payments, fund transfers, FD, and loan activities.
• Lead annual budgeting and revisions with department heads.
• Prepare and review monthly actual vs budget analyses for management decisions.
• Report financial information to headquarters accurately and on time.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing and financial statement prep.
• Ensure compliance with FRS and internal accounting policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors on reviews and statutory audits.
• Plan, execute, document and ensure compliance activities.
• Manage corporate tax filings including CIT, GST, withholding, transfer pricing, and overseas taxes.
• Coordinate corporate secretarial matters including AGM, annual returns and director changes.
• Collaborate with external service providers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work with department heads to strengthen internal controls and procedures.
• Drive process improvements and enhance accounting system efficiency.
