YOLI TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized stores person to manage issuance and receipt of materials in the Engineering workshop. You will schedule drivers, inspect incoming/outgoing items, and maintain precise documentation while upholding health, safety and compliance standards.

The role may involve labor/manual tasks and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, with attention to housekeeping and shelf-life tracking of stock.

Formación

• Prior storekeeping experience.
• May assist in labor/manual work.
• Minimum 3 years working experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Control issuance and receiving of all materials stored in the Engineering workshop.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing items are in good working condition.
• Schedule drivers to pick up/deliveries from vendors and ensure items received are in good condition.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all materials & equipment.
• Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores with attention to shelf life tracking.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.
• Assist and ensure compliance for audits and stock takes related to store.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies and safe work procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop and office space.

Job Description & Requirements

Job responsibilities:

1. Control issuance and receiving of all materials stored inthe Engineering workshop.
2. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing items are in goodworking condition.
3. Responsible for scheduling drivers to pick up/ deliveriesfrom vendors and ensuring via inspections that the items received are in goodworking condition.
4. Maintain clear and detailed documentations of allmaterials & equipment.
5. Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores in aclear and effective manner, and keep track of all products with shelf life.
6. Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safetyprocedures, legal and company regulations.
7. Assist and ensure compliance for audits and stock takesrelated to store.
8. Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practicesafe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace.
9. Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop as well asoffice space.

Job Requirements:

1. Prior work experience in storekeeping would beadvantageos.
2. Candidates might need to assist in labor/manual work.
3. Minimum 3 years working experience is required.
