Job summary

YOLI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage materials in the Engineering workshop. You will control issuance and receiving, ensure items are in good condition, and coordinate drivers for pickups and deliveries.

You will maintain clear records, conduct regular housekeeping of stores, track shelf life, and support audits and stock takes while upholding health, safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior storekeeping experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Control issuance and receiving of all materials stored in the Engineering workshop.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing items are in good working condition.
• Schedule drivers for pickups and deliveries from vendors and verify items are in good condition.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all materials & equipment.
• Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores and track products with shelf life.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.
• Assist and ensure compliance for audits and stock takes related to store.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and practice safe work procedures and rules implemented at the workplace.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop as well as office space.

• Responsible for scheduling drivers to pick up/ deliveries from vendors and ensuring via inspections that the items received are in good working condition.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentations of all materials & equipment.
• Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores in a clear and effective manner, and keep track of all products with shelf life.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.
• Assist and ensure compliance for audits and stock takes related to store.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop as well as office space.

Job Requirements:

• Prior work experience in storekeeping would be advantages.
• Candidates might need to assist in labor/manual work.
• Minimum 3 years working experience is required.
