Job summary

BEYONICS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics role to manage all warehouse activities including receiving, issuing, packing, and inventory arrangement. The role emphasizes FIFO flow, locator accuracy, and strict safety compliance.

You will handle daily receiving from production/suppliers, issuing to production or shipment, and maintain 5S practices, with regular inventory cycle counts and stock takes. The position requires basic Excel skills and forklift readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum N level with 2 years’ experience in manufacturing logistic environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily receiving transactions; verify receipt items and quantities before buyoff into warehouse.
• Daily issuance transactions; verify FIFO locators/lot numbers and quantities before issuing to requestors.
• Maintain 5S and safety; report risks to supervisors.
• In charge of inventory cycle counts and stock takes.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job requirement / responsibilities

Role:

• In charge of all Logistic-warehouse related activities from receiving, issuing, shipment packings and inventory arrangement.
• Daily maintenance of warehouse inventory arrangement according to FIFO, 5S, safety, ensuring locator/quantity accuracies and adherence to any other requirements at all times.
• Ensure daily receiving / issuing transaction movement are through FIFO flow, ensure item and quantity issuance correctness.

Responsibilities

• Daily receiving (from production / suppliers) transactions, verify receipt item part numbers, quantity in accordance with receipt document before proceeding with buyoff into warehouse.
• Daily issuance (to production / shipment pick) transactions, verify system FIFO locators / lot no, confirm item part numbers, quantity before physical issuance to requestors.
• Maintain 5S and abide to workplace safety by abiding to safety rules, report to supervisors for any risk / potential risk on warehouse / safety issues.
• In charge of inventory cycle count and stock take activities.
• Carry out other assign tasks by superior from time to time.

Education / Academic qualification

• Minimum N level with 2 years’ experience in manufacturing Logistic environment.

Key required experience, skills and ability

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft excel is added advantage.
• Experience in reach truck / possess forklift license is added advantage.
