Job summary

SANWA-INTEC (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Planner Assistant in Singapore.

You will distribute materials to support production and assist the planner with cycle counts, while coordinating transport for finished goods and inbound materials. You will also help implement SOPs, submit inventory reports, and promote safety and housekeeping in storage areas. The role requires at least a year of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a forklift license to handle warehouse

Qualifications

• Secondary school education with minimum 1 year's working experience, preferably in production administrative supports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Equipped with forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Distribute materials to support production.
• Assist planner in monthly cycle count activities.
• Coordinate and arrange transportation for delivery of finished goods and collection of materials from warehouses.
• Submit weekly inventory reports to planner.
• Help implement SOPs and work instructions for planning-related activities.
• Promote housekeeping and safety in storage and distribution areas.
• Support quality policy and customer requirements for material handling.

• Responsible for distributing of materials to support production.
• Assist planner in monthly cycle count activities.
• Work closely with planner on any BTP discrepancies investigation and feedback to customer (cycle count).
• Assist planner in coordinating and arranging transportation for delivery of finished goods to customer and collection of materials from various warehouse.
• Responsible for implementing of procedures for all planning related such as Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Responsible to submit weekly inventory report to planner.
• Initiate action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity for activities related to material control and planning.
• Recommend and verify the implementation of product non-conformity solution related to storage and material control such as FIFO.
• Assist production operation in meeting company's quality policy and objective and comply to customer requirement on activities related to distributing and controlling of raw material and finished goods.
• Responsible in promoting housekeeping in storage area.
• Responsible in promoting safety in activities related to storage and distribution.
• Create harmonious working environment to work as a team.
• Responsible for implementing of procedures for all planning related such as Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction.
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.
