Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a materials support role to help manage daily production materials, coordinate transport, and ensure adherence to SOPs. The position supports inventory control, cycle counts, and quality objectives.

You will collaborate with the Planner to investigate discrepancies, implement FIFO practices, and prepare weekly reports, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential Saturday overtime to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Distribute materials to support daily production operations.
• Assist the Planner with monthly cycle count activities.
• Work closely with the Planner to investigate inventory discrepancies and provide feedback to customers.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for finished goods deliveries and material collections from various warehouses.
• Follow and implement planning-related SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports to the Planner.
• Take preventive actions to minimize product non-conformities related to material control and planning.
• Recommend and verify solutions for product non-conformities involving storage and material control, including FIFO practices.
• Support production operations in meeting company quality objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper distribution and control of raw materials and finished goods.

Job description

Location: Woodlands

Basic Salary: Up to $2,700

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

OT: Willing to work OT on Saturdays when required
