Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Storekeeper in Singapore to manage incoming goods, organize storage, and maintain precise inventory records using ERP systems.

You will issue materials to internal departments and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards. The role requires 1–2 years in storekeeping or related fields, familiarity with ERP and MS Office, and a forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Certificate in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
• 1–2 years of storekeeping/warehouse/inventory experience.
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, specs and condition against delivery orders and purchase records.
• Arrange stock in designated storage locations according to layout, labelling and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management or ERP system for all stock movements.

• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, reconcile variances with supporting documentation.
• Monitor stock levels against reorder points and alert the purchasing team when replenishment is needed.
• Inspect goods for damage, expiry or shortages and initiate return or claim procedures.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing and generating delivery paperwork.
• Uphold housekeeping, fire safety and workplace safety and health standards in the store area.
• Compile inventory and stock movement reports for review by supervisor or management.
