Job summary

GLOWGROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a warehouse associate to handle picking, packing, labeling, and inspection of goods for delivery or export. You will verify outgoing items, receive incoming goods, coordinate deliveries with customers and forwarders, and maintain ERP records to ensure accurate inventory movements.

Additional duties include stock counts, organizing storage areas, and upholding safety, security, and housekeeping standards across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE / NTC qualification in a related field.
• Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence is required.
• Experience handling equipment, goods receiving, dispatch, and delivery coordination is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

• Pick, pack, label, and inspect goods to ensure they are in good condition before delivery or export.
• Verify outgoing items and supporting documents for accuracy prior to delivery.
• Receive incoming goods and check equipment, packaging, and labels for damage or discrepancies.
• Ensure safe handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
• Coordinate delivery and collection activities with customers, forwarders, and transport providers.
• Ensure delivery documents are properly acknowledged and returned with the required confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements in the ERP system.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, including goods pending customer or forwarder collection.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and investigate discrepancies where required.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Support daily delivery planning and transportation arrangements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
