Job summary

ZIRCON-SWIS FINE FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse and inventory tasks, ensuring accurate stock control, proper storage, and smooth coordination of goods receipt and delivery.

You will verify incoming goods, organize storage, pick and prepare orders, conduct stock counts, and maintain safety standards, with attention to FIFO/FEFO procedures and teamwork with drivers and the operations team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control processes
• Ability to read and verify delivery orders and product information accurately
• Basic computer skills for inventory record-keeping
• Physically fit to carry and move goods safely
• Forklift license is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming goods by checking quantity and condition against delivery documents to ensure accuracy
• Arrange and store goods in designated locations to maintain warehouse order
• Pick and prepare goods accurately according to delivery orders for timely dispatch
• Inspect items and quantities carefully before handing over goods for delivery to prevent errors
• Assist with loading and unloading goods to support warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory movements to reflect real-time stock levels
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly or periodic stock-taking to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or short-dated items to management
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) procedures to manage stock rotation
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to maintain quality and safety
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse environment
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and operations team to facilitate daily deliveries
• Support general warehouse and operational duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow
