Job summary

WINTER TIME PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to handle daily operations including receiving, labeling, put-away, picking and packing.

You will load/unload goods, keep the area clean, and maintain records and stock counts. Bilingual English/Mandarin and the ability to work physically are essential; immediate start preferred. The role requires basic computer skills, teamwork, and reliability, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum with secondary education.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; Mandarin document processing required.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience in warehousing is preferred.
• Energetic and hardworking with a can‑do attitude.
• Able to do heavy physical work and lift items.
• Can work independently or in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills; immediate start preferred.
• Reach truck skills and experience are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading of goods


• Maintains proper housekeeping in the warehouse


• Maintains proper records and filing of all documents and transactions


• Performs periodical cycle count and participate in annual stock count


• Performs and assist any other general or related tasks asassigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum with secondary education


• Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential


• Basic computer literacy skills
