Qualifications

• Manage daily store operations and ensure product availability.
• Develop and manage manpower schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train staff to perform roles effectively and improve service quality.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies promptly.
• Address customer complaints to management for service improvement.
• Ensure invoices are checked and posted in system accurately.
• Prepare paperwork for IA audit.
• Check expiry of food and drinks to ensure safety.
• Ensure customer shopping experience is satisfactory.
