Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a store leadership professional to manage daily operations in Singapore fashion retail. You will lead staff, ensure service standards, and optimize sales performance while coordinating with marketing for campaigns and events.

The role emphasizes staffing, visual merchandising excellence, and hands-on involvement across operations, sales and brand activities. Previous multi-store or flagship experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role within Singapore fashion retail.
• Demonstrated success improving sales and managing flagship or multi-store operations.
• Strong understanding of premium visual merchandising with practical leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on across operations, sales and brand activities; event or local marketing experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling and service standards.
• Plan staffing and rosters with retail colleagues around trading needs.
• Drive sales by reviewing customer conversion, purchase value and team productivity.
• Turn sales results and customer feedback into practical store improvements.
• Maintain consistent product presentation, window displays and store layouts.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions, events and in-store campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard and coach store employees, developing selling skills and readiness for greater responsibility.
• Support store openings and expansion while maintaining consistent standards.
