Greytree Partners, on behalf of a premium menswear brand in Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead flagship outlets, oversee day-to-day operations and manage end-to-end in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fashion retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Presentable, well-spoken, and confident, engaging both customers and mall stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales targets, team rostering, and store operations independently.
• Eye for visual merchandising and ability to execute compelling in-store displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; deploy floor strategies to maximise conversion and basket size.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and product display standards in line with brand guidelines and tenancy requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins for leadership.
• Manage store budget and undertake financial planning to support commercial objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
• Source, hire, train, and oversee retail associates; conduct annual performance appraisals with feedback.
• Handle customer escalations and service recovery situations promptly.
• Liaise with mall management and internal stakeholders on promotions, product launches, and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with store SOPs, cashiering procedures, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention policies.
