Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager in Singapore to lead daily operations of a luxury beauty retail outlet. You will drive sales targets, manage a 20+ person team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and adherence to policies and audits, while collaborating with headquarters on promotions and initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Proven experience leading a team of 20+ staff.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage store operations.

Job Requirements
