Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a busy beauty/luxury store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and coach a team of 20+ staff to deliver exceptional service.

You will monitor KPIs, manage inventory and promotions, and collaborate with HQ to implement initiatives that grow profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ staff.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards and store audit requirements.
• Analyse sales trends and market activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with headquarters and relevant departments to implement promotions, marketing initiatives and business objectives.
