Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-cultural team and deliver exceptional service at our Singapore outlet. You will recruit, coach and grow the team, drive sales targets and create a luxury brand experience for every customer.

In this role you will inspire trust, manage daily operations, and contribute to the growth of the business while upholding Swarovski's values of innovation, quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of experience in a multicultural retail environment.
• Experience in luxury, fashion/cosmetics or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• You demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills.
• You are digitally proficient and able to adapt to new tools.
• You communicate effectively in English and build trust with customers and colleagues.

About you

You are an experience Store Manager, and you have:

• Worked in a multi-cultural retail environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands.
• Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Digital proficiency.
• A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
• English skills
