Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the store and warehouse functions, ensuring accurate inventory and timely material flow to production.

The role demands hands-on Excel skills, at least 3 years in logistics, and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. You will implement efficient procedures and coordinate with production to meet schedules. This is a full-time on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics/warehousing experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Secondary or NTC level education in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute Store Department directives to meet management objectives.
• Manage warehouse department and supervise staff for proper stock control.
• Ensure smooth flow of materials to production and maintain inventory.
• Oversee stock counting and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Review store procedures regularly to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions.
• Adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demand from production.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align activities and serve internal customers.

Job description

1. Responsible in executing directives as set forth for the Store Department in meeting management objectives.

2. Manage the warehouse department and supervise the warehouse personnel to ensure proper store management and control.

3. Monitor and establish a smooth flow of materials to production requirements, maintain and control inventory.

4. In charge for stock counting and inventory accuracy.

5. Review the store procedures and policies periodically for improvement in efficiency and productivity and importantly, stock accuracy.

6. Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas

7. Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.

8. Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedule and work flow.

9. Co-operate with the supervisors to co-ordinate activities of individual department and serving internal customer.

Competence Requirement

• Preferred with Secondary / NTC level in any discipline.

• Hands on application knowledge on Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in logistics / warehousing management environment, of which with 1-2 years in leadership role.
