Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead store development across Asia Pacific, overseeing openings, renovations and maintenance with a focus on timelines, budgets and brand standards.

You will manage budgets, tender processes, and supplier negotiations while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordination with design teams and stakeholders across region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Design, Project or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ managerial experience in overseeing store design, openings, renovation & maintenance projects, preferably in Retail.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
• Well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in supplier contract management, production processes, and timelines. Strong commercial and financial understanding of capex finance functions.
• Knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD required.
• Good command of Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel within Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Execute Group’s store development strategy and develop comprehensive project plans for store openings and renovations.
• Deliver, oversee and report on overall project preparation and execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations during projects and warranty periods.
• Develop and track all project budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the life cycle.
• Own and oversee the tendering process, ensuring fairness and procurement policy compliance.
• Support evaluation and contract negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with Design team to procure documentation for local regulations.
• Oversee production & procurement framework to drive cost, speed and consistency.
• Improve and create management, communication plans and processes for project meetings.
• Evaluate project performance after openings to optimise timelines and spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a productive work environment.
• Understand basic M&E, Fire Safety and Security requirements in retail environments and large landlords.
