Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Head of Projects for F&B and retail development. The role manages a portfolio of physical outlets, from initial site planning and design coordination through contractor appointment, renovations and final openings.

You will collaborate with overseas design partners, landlords and internal teams to develop practical site designs and ensure timely, cost-conscious project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading renovation or fit-out projects for F&B or retail outlets.
• Ability to coordinate with design consultants, landlords and contractors.
• Strong understanding of approvals and licensing processes for renovations.

Responsibilities

Head of Projects – F&B / Retail Development

Central Singapore

$5,000 – $8,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm

We are seeking an experienced Project & Renovation leader to manage the development and upkeep of a portfolio of physical outlets.

This position is ideal for someone who can independently take a project from initial site planning and design coordination through contractor appointment, renovation, approvals and final opening.

What You'll Handle

• Take ownership of new outlet renovations and improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Work with overseas design partners, landlords and internal operations teams to develop practical site designs.
• Coordinate design reviews and recommendations with senior management.
• Source quotations, assess proposals and negotiate with renovation contractors.
• Keep projects on track across cost, schedule, workmanship and operational readiness.
• Coordinate required licensing and approvals following completion of works.
• Manage maintenance requirements and repairs across existing HQ and restaurant locations.

Who We're Looking For

• Solid background in renovation, interior fit-out or project delivery.
• Relevant exposure to restaurants, F&B, retail, hospitality or commercial spaces is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable managing design consultants, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with experience reviewing quotations, specifications and project costs.
• Good understanding of local renovation approvals / licensing processes.
• Able to translate operational requirements into functional and practical spaces.

Strong advantage: Proven track record delivering multiple outlet openings or renovation projects from concept/design stage through to handover and operational launch.
