Job summary

Tapestry is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Store Planning & Construction to manage small to medium-sized store projects from inception to completion across Asia SEA and ANZ. You will collaborate with internal teams, landlords, architects, and contractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail construction/fit-out experience, proficiency with CAD, Photoshop, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the ability to travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Retail construction and fit-out management experience (retail projects/store openings) required.
• Proficiency with CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Highly organized, analytical and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and manage small to medium sized store projects from inception to completion.
• Assist managers in the delivery of large-scale projects.
• Develop critical path and timelines using Microsoft Project.
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets.
• Attend landlord meetings to understand site conditions and approvals.
• Coordinate with architects/contractors to execute store design from NY.
• Produce weekly status reports and track project stages.
• Travel frequently across Southeast Asia and ANZ.
