Job summary

CHOW TAI FOOK JEWELLERY CO LTD is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead the Store Design & Project Management team in overseeing construction aspects of new store development, renovations and refurbishments across Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of managerial experience in store design and strong skills in budgeting, planning, vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Design, Project or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience overseeing store design, openings, renovations, and maintenance, preferably in Retail.
• Strong planning, budgeting and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction aspects of store openings, renovations and refurbishments across locations in Asia Pacific.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, quality standards and flag risks with proposed alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and brand standards.
• Coordinate tendering, supplier negotiations, and procurement activities.
