Job summary

MANITOU ASIA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a warehouse clerk to support spare parts operations. You will receipt goods, store parts, and process dealer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch.

Ideal candidates have experience in spare parts warehousing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid forklift license. This full-time role is based on-site in Singapore with responsibilities for stock takes and general warehouse upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spare parts warehouse.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Receipting goods and checking parts against shipping documents.
• Picking dealer, customer and workshop orders; packing and organizing shipments.
• Stock-taking, store location updates, and general warehouse housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by Spare Parts Manager or Store Supervisor.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receipting goods

• Receipting parcels, unpacking, checking parts and quantities received according to the shipping documentation and the order
• Storing the goods into the store at the correct location

Dealer orders processing, packing,

• Pick the ordered parts in the store, (From dealers, Customers and workshop)
• packing and organizing the shipment to the dealer

General store duties (store location update, stock take, cleaning up)

• Preparing of the stock takes
• Maintaining the spare parts warehouse area clean and tidy

Other punctual duties assigned by the Spare Parts Manager or Store supervisor

• Any other punctual duties can be assigned and discussed with the Spare Parts Manager

EDUCATION:

• Primary/Secondary School/OLevel, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

EXPERIENCE:

• Experiences in a spare parts warehouse
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Forklift license

LOCALISATION AND EXPECTED TRAVEL:

• This position is based in Singapore.
