Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate. You will deliver goods to customers, suppliers and project sites, safely load/unload, verify orders, and conduct vehicle checks on a daily basis.

You will also handle warehouse tasks: receiving goods, storing items, picking/packing, stock takes and maintaining accurate records. A valid Class 3/4 licence and a clean driving record are required.

Job description

• Deliver goods to customers, suppliers, and project sites in a timely manner

Store / Warehouse Duties:

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders
• Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations
• Pick and pack items according to job orders or delivery orders
• Assist in stock take and inventory control
• Maintain proper documentation of stock movement
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety

Job requirements

• Minimum Primary / Secondary education
• At least 1-2 years of relevant driving experience
• Experience in warehouse or store operations preferred
• Valid Singapore Class 3 & Class 4 Driving Licence
• Clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling
• Able to read and understand delivery orders and invoices
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations
• Basic computer knowledge (if using inventory system)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods
• Able to load and unload items safely
• Safe and defensive driving skills
• Able to verify delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Ability to operate vans / lorries confidently
• Proper vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Able to check quantity and condition of goods
• Familiar with delivery orders (DO), invoices, and simple documentation
• Able to meet delivery deadlines
• Basic forklift operation (if licensed)
• Proper storage and housekeeping practices
• Basic English reading and writing (for documentation)
