Job summary

AEM is seeking a warehouse/support administrator to manage GRN generation within tight timeframes and coordinate with pickers to meet required dates. The role includes log follow-up, housekeeping, and upholding safety standards in a busy warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in warehouse or admin roles, possess a forklift license (advantage), and are computer literate, motivated, and able to work under pressure, including overtime when deadlines loom.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or higher
• 1 year of related experience in warehouse or administrative roles
• Possessing a valid forklift licence will be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Motivated, hardworking and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• GRN management – Generate GRN within 2 working days upon receipt
• Convert warehouse task and assign to picker for the required date
• Receiving Issue Log Management – Follow-up and ensure buyers close it in a timely manner to close the GRN
• Ensure good housekeeping, overall cleanliness of and safe working conditions in the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
