Job summary

Smartflex Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Assistant in Singapore to support receiving, storage, packing and issuing activities, as well as documentation preparation. You will handle materials for Production and QC, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper storage and security.

The role requires basic English, at least 1 year in a similar role, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Store Assistant.
• Intermediate English with ability to read, write and speak.
• Basic MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, storage, packaging and issuing activities and shipping documentation preparation.
• Issue materials to Production and QC.
• Provide satisfactory service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure procedures are adhered to in store activities.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Prepare daily/ monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and receipts.
• Update Inventory management system (SAP).
• Manage waste materials and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse facilities and security.

• Performing receiving, storage, packaging and issuing activities and shipping documentation preparatio
• Issue of materials to Production and QC
• Provide satisfactory service to internal and external customer
• Ensure that the procedures are adhered to in the course of conducting store activities
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
• Providing relevant daily/ monthly report
• Preparation of documentation for delivery
• Responsible for keeping accurate account of all issues and receipt
• Updating of the Inventory management system (SAP)
• Management of waste materials
• Conduct cycle count and stocks take
• Managing of spare parts inventory
• Upkeep of the warehouse facilities and security
• Any other tasks that are assigned to you from time to time
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company

Job Requirements

• GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NTC or equivalent
• Intermediate English language skills (read, speak and write)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Store Assistant
• Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• SAP user experience is an advantage
