Job summary

Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a capable technician to support the JOULES programme at Bukit View Secondary School. The role includes setting up equipment for lessons, managing the JOULES Smart Centre, and performing routine maintenance and stock checks to keep devices ready for student activities.

The candidate will attend professional development with teachers, assist trainers and students, and help establish safe, structured procedures for the Makerspace, contributing to a vibrant STEM

Qualifications

• Polytechnic diploma in STEM with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of prototyping/manufacturing processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for JOULES lessons and manage booking of the JOULES Smart Centre.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and stock for the centre; perform checks and upkeep.
• Attend professional development sessions with teachers; assist trainers and students as needed.
• Assist in safety procedures and layout of makerspace; support curriculum and programmes.
