Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a dedicated staff member to support the JOULES programme at the JOULES Smart Centre in Bukit Batok, Singapore. Responsibilities include equipment setup, centre maintenance, inventory management, and assisting teachers during STEM sessions.

The role also involves supervising Makerspace activities, ensuring safety procedures, budget support, and collaboration with ALP/STEM committees; working hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a fixed

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Makerspace for safe, proper use by students.
• Establish safety, security, training and access procedures for the Makerspace.
• Assist ALP Committee in budget and resource management for equipment, software and materials.
• Participate in the layout, installation and operation of equipment (3D printers, laser cutters, VR system).
• Maintain a clean and orderly Makerspace at all times.
