Private Advertiser seeks a capable individual to support the JOULES programme in a school setting. The role involves preparing equipment, managing bookings, maintaining the JOULES Smart Centre, and assisting teachers during STEM lessons.

You will supervise students in the Makerspace, ensure safety procedures, assist in budget/resource management, and help keep equipment and materials organized and ready for use.

Qualifications

• An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A meticulous individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A polytechnic diploma, preferably in STEM, with 3 years of relevant experience; those without a diploma but with experience may apply.
• Knowledge of processes, machines, fabricating techniques, and materials in prototyping/manufacturing would be useful.

Responsabilités

• Support the JOULES programme by preparing and setting up equipment for lessons, managing bookings and maintaining the JOULES Smart Centre.
• Assist trainers/teachers, supervise Makerspace activities, ensure safety, manage inventory, and support curriculum aligned to the ALP programme.
