Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Account Director for its Startup Go-To-Market team in Singapore. You will own relationships with top startup customers and help them build on OpenAI’s platform using APIs, SDKs, and applications.

You will work cross-functionally with product, research, engineering, and support teams to maximize value for startups and grow contracted revenue in a hybrid Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience selling PaaS, cloud, or API products.
• Experience working with startups or founders.
• Direct engagement with C-level executives and founders.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to gather and distill market intelligence across industries.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with startup accounts and drive strategies for account management.
• Collaborate with deployment engineers for technical engagements with startups.
• Manage revenue targets and forecast future growth.
• Analyze key metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Advocate for improving the startup experience building with OpenAI.
