Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Account Associate in Singapore (Korean-speaking) to join our Enterprise Go-To-Market team. You will work closely with Account Directors to shape account strategies, perform discovery, and advance complex enterprise opportunities with large accounts.

Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years in enterprise sales or related customer-facing roles, a track record of hitting targets, and fluency in business Korean.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales or equivalent customer-facing roles.
• Fluent business-level Korean required.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and communicate executives-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression.
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and product signals to break into priority accounts.
• Lead high-quality discovery to map business priorities and assess enterprise readiness.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity and account insights.
• Build and iterate AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification.
