Job description
💰 Salary & Allowances

Base Salary: Up to $2,500/month (commensurate with experience)

Daily Shift Allowances:

  • Morning Shift (clock‑in before 7:00 AM): +$8/day
  • Afternoon Shift (clock‑in after 11:00 AM): +$8/day
  • Night Shift (clock‑in after 2:30 PM): +$15/day

Contract Duration:

  • ✔ 1-year renewable contract
  • Immediate start preferred
🕒 Working Hours & Shifts
  • 9.5 hours/day (8.75 hrs work + 45‑min lunch break)
  • Any 5 days/week (Monday to Sunday) – rotational rest days
  • OT payable if weekly hours exceed 44 hours (based on operational needs)

Shift timings may include:

  • 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Night shift only assigned if transport is available)
  • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM

📍 Work Location: Near Tuas West Road MRT (convenient shuttle routes available depending on shift)

  • ✔ Cooked meals
  • ✔ Bentos
  • ✔ Catering items
  • ✔ Staff meals

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support daily kitchen and production operations
  • Prepare raw ingredients for cooking
  • Portion and pack cooked food
  • Work with the team to meet quality and service standards
  • Assist in preparing daily meals & festive specials
  • Maintain hygiene standards (cleaning, washing, etc.)
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
🎯 What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in F&B, central kitchens, or food factories is an advantage
  • WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 preferred
  • Able to work rotating shifts
  • Physically fit to stand long hours and handle fast‑paced, high‑volume tasks
  • Comfortable working in Halal and Non‑Halal kitchen environments
  • Food & hygiene certificates are a plus
