Job summary

ZOUL NASI AYAM PENYET PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Stall Assistant to take orders, handle cashier duties and serve food according to our standards.

You will pack takeaway and delivery orders, assist with basic food preparation, and help maintain cleanliness and stock levels at the stall. Training will be provided; weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Singapore
• Experience in F&B is an advantage but not required
• Willing to learn and work well in a team
• Punctual and responsible

• Take customer orders and handle cashier duties
• Prepare and serve food according to company standards
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Replenish ingredients, packaging and supplies
• Check and maintain stock levels
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall at all times
• Clean tables, counters and food preparation areas
• Wash dishes, cooking utensils and equipment
• Sweep and mop floors
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain the waste disposal area
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and workstations
• Follow food hygiene and safety requirements
• Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Singapore
• F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory
• Training will be provided
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
