Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cashiering, taking customer orders, and cleaning tables.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up stations with ingredients and equipment before service.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and taste across shifts.
• Monitor temperatures, FIFO, and storage for freshness and safety.
• Sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment per guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, ingredient ordering, and deliveries.
• Adhere to schedules, prep lists, and plating/ticket times.
