Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Staff Water Engineer with 10–12+ years in UPW/WWT. You will lead system design for regional projects, align O&M across sites, and head cross-functional teams to boost reliability and cut variation. Strong expertise in UPW/WWT and data-driven decision making is required.

The role focuses on design, maintenance optimization, and technical leadership during major incidents in large-scale facility environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations.
• Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization.
• Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region.
• Drive alignment of O&M practices across all sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation.
• Review and optimize PM and predictive maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership during system failures or major incidents.
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.
• Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
