Fortinet is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join the FortiClient team in Singapore/Taipei. You will design, build, and operate the infrastructure platform powering FortiClient Cloud and EMS, spanning cloud, Kubernetes, physical servers, and networking.

This senior IC role emphasizes automation, observability, and reducing toil through modern practices. You will work across cloud and on-prem environments, own platform reliability, and lead technical initiatives with broad ownership

Qualifications

Experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure at scale.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes-based production environments.
Proven ability to improve reliability, scalability, and security of platforms.

Responsabilités

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure platform for FortiClient Cloud/EMS.
Operate highly available Kubernetes production environments.
Manage hybrid cloud, bare metal, and container platforms.
Design and troubleshoot networking components including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP, routing, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, ingress.
Build infrastructure automation using IaC and modern deployment practices.
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for safe software delivery.
Own platform observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
Improve reliability via capacity planning, DR, and resiliency enhancements.
Collaborate with software teams to improve service architecture and deployment workflows.
Lead architectural initiatives and adoption of modern infra technologies.
