Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for the FortiClient team. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating the infrastructure platform for FortiClient Cloud and EMS, spanning cloud, Kubernetes, physical servers, and network infrastructure.

You will lead automation, observability, and platform reliability while enabling engineering teams. The position involves on-call rotation and cross-team collaboration to improve deployment workflows and production readiness.

Qualifications

Experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes-based production environments.
Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
Experience with large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of endpoint security and Zero Trust concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure platform for FortiClient Cloud and EMS.
Architect and operate Kubernetes-based production environments.
Manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and container platforms.
Develop infrastructure automation using IaC and modern deployment practices.
Own platform observability and incident response, including on-call rotation.
