Job summary

AMD in Singapore seeks a DFT engineer to lead a strong engineering team on Scan, MBIST, and iJTAG test development for latest AMD products. You will work with designers, test engineers, and yield teams to implement robust DFT patterns and ensure stable production tests from silicon to system level.

The role requires strong DFT knowledge, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex topics across cross-functional teams. Experience with Tessent SSN, ATPG, and scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering.
• Experience in DFT engineering through pre- and post silicon cycles.
• Strong knowledge of MBIST, ATPG, and test patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFT development for Scan, MBIST, iJTAG across ASIC/FPGA.
• Collaborate with design, test, yield teams on robust test patterns.
• Ensure DFT structures are implemented and production tests run stable.
• Develop firmware-driven test strategies with bench/ATE.
• Support post-silicon debug and yield enhancement.
