Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer to own test solutions for a next-generation product, serving as a technical leader in test engineering. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Platform, and Reliability teams to drive pre-silicon characterization, silicon bring-up, and yield optimization.

The role requires hands-on debugging, strong programming abilities, and experience with ATE systems and EDA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required.
• Experience with DFT/ATE and pre-silicon debug is essential.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of Python, Ruby, Java, Perl, C++.

Responsibilities

• Develop characterization and test plans during pre-silicon and new product introduction phases.
• Lead test content optimization to meet performance and yield goals.
• Interface with global teams to resolve device failures and drive root-cause analysis.
• Deliver scalable test definitions across PVT corners for next-generation products.
• Support silicon bring-up, debugging, and yield optimization efforts.
