Responsibilities

• Lead and execute spares engineering programs to drive operational and cost efficiency.
• Analyze metrics and demand trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive programs with milestones, timelines, and deliverables across global teams and sites.
• Coordinate with process and equipment engineering to optimize test wafer usage and reduce waste.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership for alignment and implementation.
